With a background in managing restaurants, I bring a strong 0-1 perspective to my UX process. From interacting with customers, analyzing feedback, and problem solving, my process allowed me to craft optimal guest experiences and directly see the result of those optimizations. Paired with my education in UX, I advocate for people behind every design decision to create a positive impact.
